Your Client Care Representative quickly schedule a project kick-off meeting with your stakeholders to introduce you to our process and ensure your implementation stays on track.
Project Implementation
They will walk you through the initial documentation required for new construction software projects.
Once documentation is complete, they will introduce you to the software experts assigned to solve your technology needs.
During implementation, they will meet with you bi-weekly to ensure your project implementation is on time and budget.
Post Project Implementation
After the initial implementation of the project is complete, they meet with you regularly to address outstanding items and prepare your company for phase two, if necessary.
