Bill’s background includes extensive hands-on experience in application support, process improvement, and technical solution development. He works closely with users to optimize their Vista systems, leveraging expertise in Crystal Reports development and SQL database views and stored procedures to deliver tailored reporting and workflow enhancements.
He holds both an MBA and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from West Virginia University.
