Rachael Cash brings over 25 years of experience in construction ERP accounting and technology consulting, including software implementations for Vista, Sage 100, Foundations, MAS 90, and QuickBooks. As Director of Enterprise Client Care at BuildOne Partners, she leads strategic engagement for enterprise construction clients, helping organizations successfully implement, optimize, and maximize solutions across the Trimble Construction One ecosystem.
Rachael specializes in Vista ERP implementations and integrated construction workflows, guiding contractors through discovery, code formatting strategy, reporting, data conversion, and post–go-live optimization. She holds multiple industry certifications, including Trimble Vista, and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Accounting from Stevenson University and an MBA with a concentration in Management Information Systems from Loyola University Maryland.
Outside of her professional work, Rachael is the founder of the Bee a Rae of Sunshine Foundation, created in honor of her daughter, MaKenzi Rae. The nonprofit is dedicated to promoting youth mental health awareness, anti-bullying advocacy, compassion for animals, and scholarships for students pursuing their dreams.
