Michelle brings more than 15 years of experience in accounting, operations, and organizational leadership. A graduate of Fordham University with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, she began her career with KPMG before moving to a private CPA firm. She later spent four years as Chief of Staff for an IT and technology company, where she helped build and support programs across HR, learning and development, marketing, and communications. Throughout her career, Michelle has worked closely with executive teams, built programs and teams from the ground up, and led cross-functional initiatives to support growing organizations.
Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband, Phil, and their two daughters, Livia and Skyla. She loves traveling and exploring new places, especially when great food is involved, and is a big Broadway fan who enjoys catching a show whenever she can.
