Matthew Lederhos brings more than 28 years of experience in the construction industry, with expertise spanning field operations, service management, project management, finance, human resources, safety, and executive leadership. Beginning his career in the electrical trade, Matthew developed a deep understanding of the operational and financial challenges contractors face at every level of an organization.
For more than two decades, Matthew has worked extensively with construction ERP systems, helping contractors improve visibility, streamline processes, and make better business decisions through technology. His experience includes custom reporting, business process improvement, software optimization, and operational consulting focused on maximizing the value of construction technology investments.
Prior to joining BuildOne Partners, Matthew served in leadership roles with an electrical contractor and later worked as a Solutions Engineer supporting contractors across North America. His unique combination of contractor-side experience and software expertise allows him to bridge the gap between field operations, project management, and accounting teams.
