Course Abstract

This five-day, introduction course is for new Vista users preparing for implementation, providing a foundation of information that you will build on with your implementation consultant enabling you to: 

  • Work more effectively with your consultant with the information you will have received in these sessions.
  • Make more informed decisions during implementation with your consultant, providing better results in the end. 
  • It’s easier on you and your company!   There won’t be so much brain pain when working with your consultant. 
  • You’ll lose 20 lbs!

Meet Our Training Team

Gwen Willoughby

Gwen serves as the Director of AECO Services for BuildOne Partners, bringing a well-rounded background shaped by both field and office experience. 

Raised in the Washington, DC area in a family of tradesmen, she developed an early appreciation for the construction and service industries. She later complemented this hands-on foundation with a degree in Accounting and Business, creating a unique blend of practical and strategic expertise. This includes field work, dispatching, project accounting, general accounting, payroll, HR, and controller responsibilities.

Since 2011, Gwen has been a key part of the Source One Solutions—now BuildOne Partners—team, where she has played an integral role in growing and nurturing a high-performing implementation and development team while also serving as a trusted consultant to clients.

Prior to course beginning, Build One will complete:

Standard Review of Planning and Best Practices

  • Review implementation timeline and key milestones
  • Understand Client Care responsibilities during implementation
  • Review support and escalation procedures
  • Discuss implementation best practices and common challenges
  • Review communication expectations between client, BuildOne, and Trimble

Ensure System Access

  • Obtain Client ID
  • Verify Vista login credentials
  • Confirm ability to access Vista and training environment
