Meet Our Training Team

Mike Pieczynski, CPA

Mike is a certified public accountant, and the founder and previous owner of OnPoint Consulting, which was acquired by BuildOne Partners in 2025. Today, Mike leads the BuildOne Client Care team and conducts our Viewpoint Spectrum Bootcamps.

Mike has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry and has been Spectrum certified since 2015.

Mike has served as a CFO at a construction company in Missouri, and before that as the administrative partner of Renshaw and Pieczynski, CPA’s, focusing in the construction industry.

Joshua Bohlke

Josh Bohlke is the CFO of Columbia River Electric (CREM), an industrial electrical contractor operating throughout Washington and Oregon. He brings 20+ years of finance experience and CFO-level leadership, along with an MBA from Washington State University.

CREM operates on Viewpoint Spectrum by Trimble and recently completed a full system reconversion — rebuilding the implementation from the ground up to establish clean, reliable financial data.

Leveraging that foundation, Josh has built a custom reporting and analytics layer — connecting Spectrum data directly to Power BI dashboards and Excel models. This has enabled the company to make timely, data-driven decisions.

Outside of work, Josh is a dedicated family man who enjoys time with his wife and daughters, and spending weekends on the baseball field coaching and cheering for his boys.
