Spectrum Enhancements 2025R2

Highlights in the 2025 R2 documentation are below.   See the documentation for more information around what is listed below and other enhancements

Accounts Payable

• Import ePayments return file now loads using an API.   
  • Automatic AP Invoicing
    • Now includes:
      • Purchase Order Number
      • 30-character comment
      • 3-character company code
  • Duplicate invoices are identified across batches.
  • Invoices that have been or are waiting to be processed report
  • Advanced Search Option in Search Pending Automatic Invoices (in the Spectrum AP module)
    • Includes Operator Code!
  • To aid in month-end accruals, a Pending Automatic Invoice Report has been added in the Accounts Payable module
  • Purge Pending Automatic Invoices has been added

Cash Management

• The employee code has been added to the credit card sub-account list to support upcoming Traqspera Premium Expenses allocations.
  • More information will be available at Dimensions

General Ledger

• Reports will download for use in MS Excel
  • GL Detail Activity Report
  • G/L Transaction Journal

Job Cost

• Copy Union and Wage Codes to the Job Payroll Maintenance screen
• Can now filter the Job Cost History report by Equipment Codes (super select)
• The JC Job History report can now be downloaded for use in MS Excel

Payroll

• PR Permanent State Disability Insurance can now be designated for employees.
  • Resident and work states are ignored if the permanent SDI field is populated.
• The PR Time Card History report can now be downloaded for use in MS Excel
• The Employee Payroll Tax Import SDX API and MS Excel template now include Permanent SDI state.

Accounts Receivable

• New Update Customer API and MS Excel Template

Time + Material

• TM Detail Billing History report can now be downloaded for use in MS Excel

System

• Trimble Assistant for Spectrum (chat agent) is in beta
  • Use the assistant to ask questions about Spectrum tasks
• Functions removed as Trimble now manages backups and upgrades
  • Disable Login
  • Restriction Times Maintenance
  • Access Times Maintenance
  • The Disable Logon option in System Admin | Upgrades

Analytics

• New URL
  • Analytics.trimble.com
